Brandon Rearick, is a longtime resident of Colorado since 1980. Brandon was raised by a single mother who moved to Estes park when he was nine years old. As soon as he arrived in Colorado, he fell in love with all that it had to offer. While in school in Estes Park, Brandon began working in various fields of employment. He was a landscaper, delivered lumber, worked at the Fairgrounds where he delivered hay, shoveled stalls and did various amounts of manual labor. Brandon graduated from Estes Park High School in 1990, and went onto the University of Northern Colorado, where he played baseball for the Bears, and graduated with a Journalism degree with an emphasis in Advertising and Marketing. Brandon built homes just after college until he got a job in advertising. He began his advertising career with Clear Channel and iHeart Media in Ft. Collins and Denver, until he started a new career in Mortgage Lending, with Lighthouse Lending in Greeley in 2005. Brandon worked in the Lending arena with Lighthouse Lending, Starkey Mortgage and most recently, Caliber Home Loans.

In July of 2011, Brandon was introduced to Brie Fowler through a mutual friend. As time elapsed, Brandon and Brie grew closer, along with his two boys, Trey and Evan, and Brie's son Austin and her daughter Macy. In April of 2015, Brie and Brandon were married, creating T.E.A.M (Trey, Evan, Austin and Macy) B&B. This adventure has been such an amazing journey. As Brie an Brandon were married, it not only created a new TEAM for their family, he also joined one of the most historic names in Colorado Real Estate history. Fowler Real Estate.
